The role requires hands on expertise with regards to working on SAP ABAP.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Partner closely with business groups and Varian EAS (Enterprise Application) team to keep the enterprise applications in the SAP modules running.Work closely with the IT Managers and IT AMS manager to fulfill defined business goals. Provide expertise in the area of custom developments on SAP and other web platforms. Work hands-on experience with current technologies and able to learn future technologies on job and capable to provide recommendations as needed to meet corporate IT objectives.Work closely with business and IT to provide application support and continuous improvements for the applications that are already in production and used extensively for day to day operations.Primary focus will be on following platforms: SAP ABAP, SAP SD, SAP FI-CO, SAP PM, SAP PS, SAP QM, SAP Web Dynpro, SAP HANA. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with 4-6 years industry/ IT experience and requires custom application development on SAP ECC. Must have hands on development experience in SAP ABAP (Reports, employee data interface interfaces, enhancements, Adobe forms), ; experience with web services and API development, SAP SD modules is a plus. Must have worked on at least two different projects that have integrated a backend SAP ECC system with other cloud based applications or data migration between different enterprise application platforms. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Experience conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current state system analysis. ,
