Hi,Hiring for Equity Dealer RolePROFILE OF RESPONSIBILITIESPRIMARY1. Acquisition of minimum 3 clients per month for offline equity dealing and advise the same.2. Review relationship incase of existing clients and increase revenue through them3. Obtain minimum five client references from existing and new clients for business expansion.4. Client Servicing based on research and back office inputs5. Order executions in NSE,BSE and Derivatives ( Neat / Bolt / Odin terminal operators should be able to execute trades with speed and accuracy )6. Provide Confirmation to Clients on Order Status and Trade Status. Update Clients on Pay-in & Pay-out, margin funding etc as required7. Resolve all customer queriesCONCURRENT1. Cross sell of Mutual Funds (eligible for incentive on minimum sales of 4 Lacs MF including 10 SIP)2. Track research reports, market movement, economic trends etc in order to provide quality advice to clientsPROFILE1. Excellent Knowledge in Capital Market and good speed in executing trades2. Strong focus on client acquisition, client servicing with good sales acumen3. Excellent Networking skills for new business development4. Should successfully clear NCFM certificates for Capital Market and Derivatives for superior knowledge in broking.
