Job DescriptionThe role is a mix of managing fund accounting & being responsible for developing & understanding business models for all the funds of the buy side firm - Managing all fund accounting operations based on country-specific accounting principles - Focusing on business modeling & portfolio analysis for all the funds - Working with a set of team from funds administrator including liaising with auditors, consultants, bankers etc - Preparing budget and financial forecasts for all the funds - Oversee taxation matters & tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc - Presenting periodic reports & investment product decks to the top management - Ensuring compliance & timely financial regulatory reportingInterested candidates are required to send their resume to: tecksolutions8@gmail.com
