Open door and highly ethical work culture, with due accountability. Function Summary: The EU Supply Chain BI Analyst is reporting to the European Supply Chain Director. He / She is playing a key role to support the Supply Chain organization by sustaining and implementing efficient & well designed BI solutions. He / She is expecting to become the expert of the current Supply Chain reporting solutions and the builder of the future solutions with a strong continuous improvement culture. His / Her scope is covering Supply Chain activities (Demand & Supply and manufacturing Planning) to serve all Medline EU Product Divisions He / She has to guarantee a timely, efficient and pro- active support to the supply chain teams based in EU. Main activities: Plan: Follow up the project deployment of a new datawarehouse (PRMS based data) of one of the 2 current ERP systems (PRMS & QAD) Drive the project in coordination with users, IT teams in EU and IT teams in India Design: Analyse current reporting solutions linked to the QAD ERP datawarehouse & Participate to the design of the new solutions with an objective to have data consistency beetwen the data out of the 2 differents ERPs used. Implement: Build the various reports & analytical tools (Alert reports and Performance reports) Test and validate the tools & reports with end users Train the people Sustain: Sustain the current and future solutions Analyse the results on a monthly basis and provide synthetical analysis, projections and alerts to the Supply Chain Managers on their area Train the users Improve: Improve the existing tools and reports with a special focus on User friendly and efficiency Build his own data extraction and tools to improve Supply Chain data quality in the two ERPs and Forecasting Systems Build the future tools to support EU S&OP processes (Sales & Operations Planning) Secondary activities: Manage small and medium size projects Contribute to process improvements by bringing innovative ideas Developp analyses that are not done today with a key focus on Forecast accuracy measurements and improvements In relation with: Supply Chain teams and Managers based in France, Germany, Slovaquia IT ERPs teams in EU and India IT BI teams in EU and India He / She is able to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization from end users to executive as the tools and reports will be used by various people level in the organization Qualifications - Duties : Master degree, ideally in Supply Chain, Business control or Engineering (APICS) Basics Certification is more than welcome Minimum of two years of related experience is required Accuracy, sensible to details but high capacity to take the helicopter view Very analytical mindset and synthetical restitution capable Fluency in English Transparency, good and pro- active communication Ability to work and cooperate with remote people Accountability to meet deadline ueries Technical Skills : Supply chain concept knowledge (S&OP; MRP2, MRP, DRP) : ERPs knowledge (ideally QAD, PRMS ) Business Intelligence tools & reports development (ideally Microstrategy) Experience with manipulating flat files with significant amount of data.
