Job Responsibilities:1.Set up and operate Client Group supplied infrastructure, equipment and applications in dedicated live event spaces and meetingrooms to deliver live events in accordance with Client SOP2.Ensure operational availability of allocated event spaces and meeting rooms carrying out all regular and pre-event equipmentchecks in accordance with Clients SOP3.Perform L1* incident management4.Escalate to L2* incident management as required5.Work with other sites and via other delivery channels and collaborate with peers in other Client locations to deliver live events6. Ensure that any configuration management data is maintained using Clients preferred toolsets7. Attend post event debriefs for each event8. Act in capacity of show-caller as required9. Contribute to ongoing development of operating procedures and processes10.Participate in problem management activitiesSkills Required:-1. A deep technical understanding of digital and analogue audio and video signal processing standards and protocols and familiaritywith the Audio Visual engineering disciplines associated with complex environments such as auditoria, board rooms, & flexible presentation spaces2. Diploma or degree in live event production or related discipline3.Three (3) years industry experience in fields relating to live event production4.InfoComm Essentials of AV Technology5.InfoComm CTS6.ITIL v3. Foundationa.Demonstrably appropriate in-house course would be acceptableIn some cases Personnel working towards required certification may be acceptable. If this is the case, the lack of accreditation should behighlighted to Client when the resource is first onboarded to Client and full accreditation should be achieved within a six (6) month period of first arriving on-site
