Provide and maintain manpower planning for Sales team, recruitment needs, candidate fitment, and employee retention Conduct performance reviews for team members and submit the findings to the Minister - Sales on a regular basis. Develop new sales strategy and implement post receiving approval on the same. Define sales targets for respective project and support the team to deliver the targets within the timeline. Present sales reports and reviews to the management in the prescribed format. Supervise and facilitate exhibitions Training Development of entire sales team to keep them updated with the required skill set as per current industry standards; defining training modules for external training (if external training is required) Conduct motivational session, team building exercise for team members. Carry out corporate sales by creating new corporate accounts. Coordinating with Marketing Media department for lead generation and marketing strategies for sales enhancement ,
