Job Description

    Education: Diploma Holder (Technical background) (Candidate from Civil/ ITbackground will be preferred)Experience: 1-4 YearsSalary: 3.6 LPAJOB DESCRIPTION PEOPLES MANAGING DIRECRTOR /EA TO CPOProvide Administrative Support Provide confidential and high level administrative support for the CPO andHR leadership team as needed and when possible. Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; ensure that the CPOstay on track during their day; prioritize meeting requests and handleconflicts or scheduling changes proactively: collecting agendas, follow upaction items and prep materials Coordinate and manage international and domestic travel; arrange detailedtravel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-relatedmeetings for the CPO and Leadership Team Represent the CPO, HR leadership and Exec Team with both internal staffand external contacts in a professional manner Effectively handle Board of Directors related activities and communicationswith a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality Work closely and effectively with Executives to keep them well informed ofupcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately Should be well versed in MS Projects Should have strong hold on English grammar verbally. Should be aware ofconversational skills and have proper mailing etiquette. Sales tracking is a daily activity and should be thorough with it. Should know how to track projects on MSP schedule.Manage HR Team Events, Activities and Projects Organize all monthly HR team fun eventsPrepare and manage all monthly All Hands materials and set up - ensureinput from presenters for meeting is provided in advance and overall desk ispresentation ready Manage and run the annual HR Leadership Retreat Manage and run the annual HR All Hands Retreat Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while followingthrough on issues in a timely manner In partnership with the communications team, the COS and his/her team willsupport development of communications and presentations on behalf of theCPO Help CPO with presentation (deck) creation and/or review to ensure all areformat consistent and presentation ready Provide administrative support to functional teams of HR with specialprojects and initiatives as neededManage HR Leadership Budget Manage monthly P&&L Provide support to HR Leadership team throughout the budgeting processCandidate Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in an EA position Presentable in appearance and highly energetic Strong work ethic and ability to work in and navigate fast-pacedenvironment Positive attitude, extremely organized, detail-oriented and precise Ability to discreetly and professionally handle confidential and sensitiveinformation Professional maturity and judgement Proven ability to create and sustain productive relationships with internaland external stakeholders at all levels Impeccable written and oral communication skills Poised demeanour when dealing with other executives, academic leaders andboard members Flexible and able to multitask, switch priorities as needed within acollaborative environmentAbility to listen to the needs of others, respond and adapt, and buildrelationships of trust across diverse teams Strong background in MS OfficeIf Anyone Interested Please Share Updated Resume On hidden_email
