Job Description

    1. This position assists the MD execute the responsibilities from the Board of Management of MBFS through effective management of leadership meetings and execution of action items thereof. The responsibility also includes the production of agendas and minutes of meetings.
    2. The position also ensures that all presentations to be made at any level to various stakeholders are prepared, shared and executed effectively and on time.
    3. The position is responsible to aid the Managing Director with Market Intelligence to help the MD form informed and strategic decisions for the organisation and if applicable communicate to the larger organization.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Meeting Management: Facilitate/coordinate various management forums and follow-up with various stakeholders towards timely closure of action items. End to end responsibilities from protocol management to follow-up of action items from management office. Highlight areas of concern, risks which may hinder smooth operations of management meetings. Amplify weak signals, channelize issues and escalate when needed.
    • Project Management: Overseeing & support key projects from MD s office. Responsibility and accountability for meeting the assigned project goals within the timelines. Conceptualize programs and facilitate their implementation by collaborating with Business Units.
    • Information Preparation: Preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution. This may include writing letters and memos, compiling data for reports, creating presentations, writing reports, proofreading and other information preparation duties.
    • Data Analysis: Digital and Critical thinking skills for analyzing functional and organizational data. Evaluate data and creates reports that identify areas of concern or opportunity.
    • Events & Visits Management: Planning and coordinating logistical arrangements and execution of events such as Town halls and workshops involving senior management. This also includes coordination of the executive visits in conjunction with the Administrative Assistant and Facility Teams.
    • Business & Industry Research: Conduct research on key business products & services to identify the organization s competitiveness; gain solid insights into industry developments & trends; and provide input towards strategic steering of the organization.
    • Communication Liaison: Manage the flow of information to members of the leadership team & other management forums. Summarize reports and memos that are received before passing the information on to the leadership team members.
    • Leadership Team Support: Provide support to the Leadership team on topics of broader organization s importance.
    • General Business Support: Effectively handle customer complaints that are directed to the MDs Office, along with handling various administrative activities for the MD s Office.
    , * Education and Experience: Graduate or MBA with at least 5 years of work experience. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not critical. Auto Finance business model & organization knowledge is helpful. Competencies:
