    * Duties and Responsibilities - SLA s Achievements: Responsible to 100% Correction for errors cases raised to team KPI Achievements: 100% Accuracy in Maker and Checker Zero Customer compliments * Key Decisions / Dimensions - Process changes: This position will look after customer data upation and deletion on GCD for All product. 6. DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) Adherence of ops process as per the guidelines Zero complaints Other Dimensions (Significant volume dimensions associated with the job) Total Team Size:2(including self and manager) Number of Direct Reports: 0 Number of Indirect Reports: 0 Number of Outsourced employees: 0(at Cogent) Number of locations: 0 Number of products: All Products * Major Challenges - o GCD correction process to ensure the correction of error identified by QA team (B2B PLCS SALPL SME Data QA). GCD correction is maker and checker process. Currently maker activity is done by off-role employees and checker activity is done by on role employee as the checker should be on-role employee considering impact on customer demographic details. Currently we have One on role employee at GB01 and as per the volume we required additional Two HC for the checker activity (1 HC B2B/PLCS | 1 HC SAL PL & SME| 1 HC Data QA) ,
