Job Description

1. Generate the enquiry for new business by looking for new customers / new applications.2. Prepare the commercial offer, follow-up of development of the samples for testing & approval.3. To carry out contract review for new / repeat orders and finalize the cost estimation of new products.4. Delivery performance monitoring.5. Conduct analysis of lost orders. 6. To note in inward all inquiries from customers.7. To make prompt & fruitful communication with customers.8. Costing review & Communication with customer whenever any changes in process or raw material or additional operation done etc.9. Once the Purchase Order is received get customer Specification requirement form fill up from Customer.10. Daily/ weekly/ Monthly analysis of Total enquiries handed over for development.11. To make the Entry of purchase Order Amendment as soon as it received from the customer.12. To organize CFT meeting for its mentioned responsibilities.13. To carry out feasibility review for new enquiries in CFT/ MRM.14. To follow up for samples & submit it to customers for their approval.15. To develop & maintain Team work.16. To give advance tentative Schedule for three month, six month & one year.17. Forecasting customer order schedule and assessing market trends periodically and submitting the report to the management. Job requirements: 1. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing.2. 2-4 years experience in Manufacturing Unit in Marketing Department.3. Good Knowledge of Auto OEMs.4. Excellent Spoken and Written communication skills.5. Good Man Management Skills.6. Keenness for details.7. Conious about timelines, quality, Cleanness.8. Keenness about minimizing waste of Men , Machines and Material.9. Concern for Organizations name and with High Integrity.,
