Handcrafted in the traditional style of a Phinisi, as used by the Bugis seafarers from south Sulawesi in Indonesia, the 46- metre- long Alila Purnama consists of three decks.The Cruise Director will be responsible for the overall management of Alila Purnama in accordance with pre- approved budget and business plans, maximising financial profitability of the operation both during a given year and on a long term basis, ensuring respect and implementation of all scope of works and responsibility as detailed in management and license agreements, day to day management of all employees in accordance with Alila Hotels and Resorts vision, mission statement, values, operating principles and operating standards and in accordance with Indonesian laws.The suitable candidate will meet the following criteria, Dynamic, progressive, energetic, creative individual Fluent in written and spoken English Relevant background and proven work experience relating to luxury dive liveaboard operations in Indonesia Willing to work onboard luxury ship Qualified diver - Dive Instructor certified with current First Aid qualifications.
