Executive Program Management will be based in Pune. GBS Program Management vertical support Program Manager s, by virtual Customer Focus Team member to support Program Management activities e.g. Claims Management. Oversee/ Coordinates program activities with all inter-departments ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to agreed deliverable. Handles data of a highly confidential and critical in nature. Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results within GBS / SITE Customer Focus Team. Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills & Customer Management Skill. Drive the activities and ensure timely accurate delivery of our services. Good with documentation skills. Basic understanding /knowhow on the Financial terms/ INCO Terms and its impact on the Profit & Loss on the business Knowledge of Flex systems and process along with the understanding of Electronics manufacturing industry. Hands on experience on using the ERP tool like Baan/ SAP. Excellent knowledge on using tools like MS Excel, Power Point etc. Knowledge of MS -Project will be added advantage Good understanding on office automation or automation through Excel will be added advantageExcel Skills Advanced Formulas Example - SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT, INDEX, MATCH, LOOKUP formulas etc. Excel Tables & Formatting - Understanding of Excel features like tables, formula based conditional formatting and formatting options Pivot tables & Pivot Reporting - grouping, slicers, calculations & summary by different type of metrics VBA & Macros (added advantage) - Familiar with VBA & can write macros to automate their day to day workHere is some of what you ll need (required): Bachelor Degree from any domain Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience (including Flex experience).,
