Job Description

  • Developing & analyzing the database of lead & sales
  • Updating daily MIS Reports & submitting to management for review
  • Providing daily updates on inbound lead, sales, remittances and other MIS sheets required by the management on daily basis
  • Auditing an enhancing the sales process for the origination
  • Daily QCing all responses send to client to know if requirement is responded or if there is any glitch or any careless activity by the respondent to flag it at the same time
  • Helping management to maintain leads vs sales conversion ratio on quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis for each sales representative for all the regions
  • Monitoring process to understand the scope of generating opportunity or conversion
  • Ensuring that inbound leads generated by the marketing team are handled immediately
  • Working closely with sales team for developing better understanding of sales process to resolve their queries
  • Coordinating with other departments like Marketing, Accounts, Research, Development & Admin to ensure smooth functioning and unbiased decision making
  • Coordinate with Accounts team regarding accounts receivables
  • Making sure that sales queries are handled properly on priority basis by the sales team
