Job Description

The Position Executive - SCM Job Summary

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing the Raw Material Forecasting based on the Monthly production schedule.
  • Knowledge for the Custom Clearance activities and follow up for Shipment schedules.
  • Managing Stock Inventory & planning accordingly.
  • Generating of Ready purchase & Subcontract purchase orders to suppliers as per monthly production requirement.
  • Follow up with Vendors for Cost Negotiation & on time deliveries of material.
  • Strengthening vendor source and developing alternate source of suppliers / Parts.
  • Co - ordinate with the teams to identify potential suppliers, supplier s ratings, costs, and sourcing policy.
  • Tracking of Dispatches of FG on day to day basis.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education and Experience requirements:

  • 3 Years Experience in Procurement.
  • BE. Mechanical
  • Knowledge in MS Office.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Knowledge in Continuous Process Plants.
