Job Description

  • Deliverables Resolve conncern analysis reported from Engine assembly, testing, User plant and feild
  • Ensuring defect free supplies from suppliers through establishing process of concern resolution and supplier audits and visits.
  • PPAP at supplier ends
  • Conduct structural reviews of current part development along with CDMM as per MQS/MAQS guidelines.
  • Conduct structural reviews of current issues on prescribed components with actions planned / implemented by supplier.(VP parts, PP parts, Job1 parts)
  • Supplier part concerns are reduced at shop through proper identification of potential failures and monitoring of CAPA during supplier audits and interactions.
  • Interact with CDMM for preventing failures on the similar part developments and for reviewing conditions of PPAP/ APQP or PSW approval
  • Engine & Engine components knowledge will be added advantage
  • Industry Preferred Automotive - Engine Manufacturing Qualification B.E/ DME / DAE (Mechanical / Automobile) Personality Traits Competencies Collaborating on teams
  • Managing stressful situations
