Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities A. Skills and Capabilities I. Technical Skills: 1. Proficient in MS office specially in using various functions of MS Excel and PowerPoint II. Behavioral Skills/Soft Skills: 1. Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation skills 2. Should possess Analytical, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills 3. Customer & Result orientated with a strong team leadership skill 4. Should be able to work as an individual contributor with Multi tasking 5. Must be open to change and self driven III. Job Responsibilities Identify clearly the most significant responsibilities of the job which have a clear end results for the achievement of which you will be held accountable. 1. Front Office Mgmt, Lead & manage Front desk, Visitor mgmt. Giving Comfort and feel them valued. 2. Facility Mgmt, Monitoring & Timely facilitation and upkeep for Office requirements, Housekeeping, Pantry, Cafeteria, Parking, Courier etc. 3. Monitor and maintain Employee Transport facility and ensure on time service from vendors. 4. Manage Travel desk, Arrange & recommend cost effective travel bookings (Road, Rail, Air) as well as Hotel bookings as per company policy. 5. Manage Admin related Vendors & Coordination for monthly/quarterly/half yearly/annual statutory requirements. Designation Executive/ Sr. Executive Department Human Resources & Admin Sub Department Admin Educational Qualification Any Graduate;) Experience Total experience (Function/Industry): 4-6 years in any industry CTC Maximum 6 lakh 6. Expatriate mgmt. Start to End Support for settlement in town which includes but not limited to comfortable Stay, Travel, Safety throughout tenure. Coordinate for Visa and related documentation within give timeframe. 7. Provides Administration support in HR initiatives such as Desk preparation, ID cards, Training venue arrangement, Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition etc. 8. Ensure custody of all company Assets, Property documents, Originals (Safe storing and retrieval) 9. Prepare & Monitor Admin related budget and keep regular track of Expenditure. Initiate Cost saving initiatives. 10. Prepare monthly Administration MIS and update to reporting manager. 11. Responsible for ISO and other audits w.r.t. Administration and ensure 100% compliance with company policies. ,
