Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to field staff to ensure efficient project execution.
    • Project Coordination: Oversee day-to-day field activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
    • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, and promote a safe working environment.
    • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards in all field operations, regularly inspecting work for compliance with specifications.
    • Logistics Management: Coordinate equipment, supplies, and personnel required to meet project goals.
    • Communication: Serve as the liaison between field staff, project managers, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress.
    • Problem Solving: Address on-site issues as they arise and implement solutions to prevent delays.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, safety, and quality metrics.
