1) Working as a senior business analyst and a functional lead.2) Integrating the Siebel field services with Oracle ERP R12 systems for Ingersoll Rand.3)Working closely with business in aligning and designing their processes as per the industry Siebel standards.4)Interacting closely with the end users in understanding their business process and the documents later served as the requirement s documents for application development.5)Coordinating with the Oracle R12 ERP team for perfect compatibility of two systems.Desired Candidate ProfileCandidate should have1. Experience as functional lead in field service / workforce management solutions2. Experience in Siebel Field Service implementations3. Experience in any field service scheduler implementations like Oracle Mobile Workforce Management (Oracle MWM) / Oracle Real-Time Scheduler (ORS)4. Experience in requirements gathering and functional design/solution/architecture5. Experience in writing use cases and providing work flow diagrams6. Experience in customer facing roles7. Experience in MS Visio8. Should have minimum 8 years of overall experience with at least 3 years of experience as functional lead.Salary:12 Lac - 18 Lac,
