Finance and Accounts Analyst About the Job This role is located at our office in Koregaon Park, Pune. We are looking for a Manager - Finance and Accounts who is ready to work in an exciting start-up. You are hands-on team player with entrepreneurial spirit. You will be prefered if you are based in Pune. Your Responsibilities Preparation and validation of daily and monthly bookkeeping activities Preparation and validation of monthly statutory reports which include TDS, TDS Returns, GST and other statutory payments and returns Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of existing and new accounting processes as well as for the process documentation Support with the preparation of our monthly management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost and Profit Center analysis, variance analysis and commentaries to the latest developments Assist the management in revenue management to optimize product availability and price to maximize revenue growth and cost attainment Accounts receivables / payables management Reporting on actual versus budgeted results Assisting in wire transfers (for incoming invoices, salaries, taxes) Your Profile A graduate in Commerce / Finance with a focus on accountancy or a CA IPCC clearedYou have at least 2 years experience in accountingSolid knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and basic tax principlesVery good analytical - conception skills and a very good numerical comprehensionCreativity, team spirit and enthusiasm for a job in an interdisciplinary teamVery good command of MS Office, especially MS ExcelFluent level English, other languages are a plusAny other value-added skills are embraced with open armsWhat you can expect from us To be treated as a partner.
