Job Description

Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the teamUnder R2R domain, Intercompany accounting team is more focused towards timely and accurate accounting of Intercompany transactions, and work with cross functional team to ensure timely submission of Intercompany recharges and have it processed before period close and identify open transactions and chase to get them reconciled.What you will be doingAs part of this team you will be assigned to review journals and Balance sheet reconciliation of multiple entities for which intercompany transactions will be submitted on monthly basis and act as SME to support daily operational queries received from each team and take active participation in UAT s of system upgradations and new migration of activities, develop SOP s review internal controls and identify opportunities to standardize the existing process activities.What you bring:Knowledge / Experience

  • Extensive experience in R2R domain
  • Experience in month-end accounting, HFM reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, trend analysis
  • Experience of Intercompany accounting and related accruals.
Skills
  • Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP s, Blackline or similar reconciliation tools
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel, AGIS
  • Ability to prepare SOP s/process manual s
Qualifications
  • Commerce Graduate or equivalent

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communicator ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
  • Attention to detail track record of authoring high quality documentation
  • Organized approach manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
  • Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
