Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Chartered Accountant Travel Percentage : 0%Statutory Audit processReview and preparation of annual statutory accounts for respective APAC/EMEA legal entities in accordance with local GAAPCo-ordinate the audits with local Audit firms in order to complete and file the accounts by filing due dates.Perform preliminary investigation prior to audit of audit requirement, new changes per local regulatory/statutory requirementsAssist in preparation of audit time table, keep a track on various internal review deadline and time flow of informationReview/Preparation of schedules/ reconciliations/support for audit and address all queries on timely basis to auditorsWork with BU, Legal, corporate, treasury, HR, payroll to obtain documents/information/approvals etc. as required for auditsReview/Preparation of Financial statements (FS) and disclosures as requiredAssistance/Preparation of annual LE returns and liaising with Tax/ Corporate/External Advisors to facilitate the completion of tax returns by filing deadlinesPreparation of final FS package and address queries from corporate STAT team during FS review/obtain approvalsWork with Tax team to obtain approvals on tax workings and disclosuresBook all stat adjustments in Oracle and secondary ledgerPerform a review and maintenance of local GAAP to US GAAP transactions/balancesCoordinate with local bookkeeper, perform Oracle v Local books reconciliationsTimely completion of monthly/quarterly and annual statistical surveysPerform dividend solvency testsPromptly Respond to adhoc corporate and other queriesPerform monthly/Quarterly group variance analysisPreparation of quarterly and annual Tax Packages for US GAAPCompletion of the annual 5471 intercompany Tax reporting formsPrivacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
