Job Description

    • Develop Financial Models: Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast future financial performance, analyze investment opportunities, and assess potential risks and opportunities.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage budgets, monitor spending, and ensure compliance with allocated budgets.
    • Financial Advisory: Provide expert advice to management on financial matters, including investment strategies, risk management, cash flow optimization, and profitability analysis.
    • Market and Industry Research: Conduct research on industry and market trends to assess their potential impact on the organizations financial performance and provide strategic insights.
    • Financial Statement Analysis: Analyze and review financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Database Management: Maintain and update financial databases to ensure that all financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for analysis.
    • Audit Support: Assist in financial audits by providing accurate financial data, documentation, and supporting analysis.
    • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organizations long-term financial stability and success.
    • Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on financial goals, share insights, and support overall business objectives.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics. CFA, CA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
    • Experience: 4 - 8 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and investment analysis.
    • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI), and familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
    • Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling financial data and preparing reports.
    • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and produce quality output under tight deadlines.
