Job Description

Capturing data from client systems and online faxes to clients systemsProcessing the captured deals and contractsDeep knowledge on Asset control interfaces.Good Knowledge of Equity Research.Knowledge of Golden Reports is an added advantage.Knowledge of Bloomberg/Thomson Reuters.Knowledge of wizards.Must have previous experience of supporting complex financial applications in production environment.Previous experience on any reference data tools is added advantage.Management and Reporting.Responsibilities :-

  • Cataloguing (categorizing) contracts and deals of derivative trades of our clients.
  • Capturing data from client systems and online faxes to our system.
  • Processing the captured deals and contracts.
  • Reconciliation reports, preparation of reports using MS Excel, auditing.
  • Perform inter-system reconciliation, track funds and make sure they are applied to appropriate transactions.
  • Liaising with agents/counterparties/clients to solve queries and discrepancies related to the process.
  • Timely escalating outstanding issues to Client Working in teams.
  • Handling different stages of life cycles of financial products.
  • These stages can be-KYC, reference data management, legal docs, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, pre and post settlements, brokerage functions, drafting, confirmations of trade, corporate actions, tax operations.
  • Male candidates should be comfortable with night shift and female candidates with 2pm to 11pm(Females/Males forboth we have transport facility)
