Job Description

  • Perform expense audit function against prescribed policies for expense reports
  • Ensure T&E audit function is delivered per strict compliance to Fiserv Corporate T&E policy
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of corporate policies and their alignment to local statues of the Business Units
  • Report out on offences to stakeholders and communicate expense policy to offenders
  • Accurate and timely responses to expense reimbursement questions via telephone and emails
  • Interface with corporate Credit Card issuing banks on day-to-day issues
  • Create and share operational analytical reports to identified stakeholders
  • Understand, identify, investigate, research and resolve complex non-routine T&E issues
  • Maintain working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a proactive approach and report issues well in advance to relevant stakeholders
  • Take responsibility to monitor and track open issues to closure per user satisfaction
  • Track critical issues like mini projects
  • Provide inputs on process improvements and system enhancement/simplification initiatives
  • Assist in developing CBTs / SOPs / Process Flows / Training Guides / Job-Aids etc. for user education specific to Corporate, Country, Business Units, etc.
  • Assist in creation, standardization & maintenance of functional and operational documents
  • Provide inputs in identification of risks, impact analysis & preparation of mitigation strategies
