Job Description

FinOps Developers use their skills in X++, debugging, SSRS Development, source control, DevOps, environment management, finance, supply chain, SQL, and data management to help organizations improve their IT financial performance.Here are some of the specific responsibilities of a FinOps Developer:
    • Develop and maintain X++ code for FinOps applications
    • Debug X++ code and identify and fix errors
    • Use SSRS to create reports and dashboards that track IT financial performance
    • Use source control to manage changes to FinOps code and documentation
    • Implement DevOps practices to automate the development, testing, and deployment of FinOps applications
    • Manage IT environments, including cloud-based environments
    • Work with finance and supply chain teams to understand the financial and operational implications of IT decisions
    • Use SQL to query and analyze data for FinOps purposes
    • Integrate FinOps solutions with other IT systems
    To be successful as a FinOps Developer, you should have the following skills and experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in X++, debugging, and SSRS Development
    • Experience with source control, DevOps, and environment management
    • Some knowledge of finance and supply chain
    • Some SQL experience
    • Experience in data management within FInOps
    • Experience with FInOps integration
