If you are motivated to dive into the detail, take ownership and be able to work in a fast-paced environment we have the career you are looking for!About the roleThe successful candidate will be a member of the Global Finance Operations and will be responsible for vendor experience and complex dispute management.Responsibilities will include: Account Manage Key Amazon Suppliers while working to identify root causes for problems within the supply chain or in internal Amazon systems and surfacing improvement measures Drive defect resolution for Supplier identified defects Build vendor experience, create an element of trust amongst stakeholders and resolve any conflicts thereby avoiding shipment holds and ensuing business interruptions Prepare vendor health scorecard, conduct periodic reviews and identifying vendor accounts that are likely to become a delivery hold situation and pro-actively work on their account balances Assist Vendor onboarding and familiarization to Amazon tools and processes Drive Vendor settlements, participate in negotiations providing data references like P&L impact to Amazon internal stakeholders Coordinate with internal stakeholders for amicable Vendor solutions. Analyse and interpret business trends, defect data, and solution effectivenessAbout youThe ideal candidate will be experienced in finance role with an understanding of finance operations and will have experience in relationship management. He/she will have problem solving skills with the focus on improving the processes and strengthening the relationships with the vendors. The ideal candidate should have action-driven personality and motivation to proactively address any issues on vendor s account and identify areas for improvement. Additional traits we are looking for are a strong desire to exceed expectations, effective interpersonal skills; including persuasive written and oral communication, solid organizational skills and ability to assess and manage risk.Basic Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate in finance, management, international relations, sales or diplomacy Ability to communicate and present complex analysis/data clearly and concisely Analytical skills with the ability to get into the detail, while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL skills are advantageous Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable field is an advantage,
