Dear Candidate,Greetings for the day!We are hiring forFlexo Printing Machine OperatorRoles and Responsibilities:Department-Machine Operation-Flexo PrintingReports to Production ManagerIndustry - Packaging Company for Industrial goodsWe are looking for full time Flexo printing operator for the location of Pithampur for a Packaging Company for Industrial goods. This position will report to Production Manager. The candidate should perform his duties under minimal supervision, sets up and operates Flexo Printing Machines and this job has no supervisory responsibilities initially.Major Duties Include:

  • knowledge of full process of flexo printing
  • Well versed with Plate making, plate mounting
  • Ability to independently operate stack flexo printing machine
  • To improve quality of printed job
  • Controlling wastage including rejection
  • Oil and clean the machines and make minor repairs
  • Foil paper roll loading and unloading
  • Fills ink and checkout other required material availability in running machine
  • Assist operator in printing machine to solve problems or in maintenance
  • Ensure that paper and ink as per required specifications during changing
Education and Other Qualification:
  • ITI certificate holders
  • Good Command in Hindi Language
  • Candidate should be able to read and write English
  • Candidate should be able to manage production workers
  • Candidate should be able to improve their skill set by training them
