    • Experience :- 6 month to 6 years in International Voice Process
    • Qualification :- Graduate / UG / 10+2 / 10+3 / BE
    • Remuneration :- 2 L to 4.5Lakhs
    • SHIFT :- US Shift (ROTATIONAL)
    • Location :- PUNE
    Profile :- Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zone- Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally- Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand- Willing to work in night shifts;- Excellent written & spoken communication skills- Provides L1 technical guidance in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems by telephone and email.- Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. -typically, the Analyst level participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customer and departments within the organization, to ensure that all on-line system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.- Excellent Communication Skills.
