This role is located at our office in Koregaon Park, Pune. We are looking for a front-end developer who is ready to work in an exciting start-up. You are hands-on team player with entrepreneurial spirit. You must be available right now and it will be preferred if you are based in Pune.Your Responsibilities Break down user and technical stories into tasks and work on themMaintain our existing Flex codebase and help build out a new HTML5 codebaseWrite unit tests and code commentsWrite technical documentation for use by other developers, testers and support-teamParticipate in code reviews and refactoringParticipate in Level 3 support of production environmentsAttend daily scrum meetingsCollaborate with team membersYour Profile Have 1 - 5 years of software development experience, including front-end development experience with HTML5, Javascript and CSSStrong proficiency with HTML5 stack, including CSS3/ JavaScript and at least one library or framework (e.g. React JS, Angular JS, NodeJS, jQuery, etc.) both preferred.Good knowledge of Adobe Flex and Actionscript is a plusFamiliarity with Agile practicesWorking knowledge of code versioning tools, such as GitGithub account with coding examples would be a plusYou have excellent excel skills and strong analytical skillsYou are proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and a have a self-structured way of workingYou take pride in your work and have a passion for what you do.Fantastic communication skillsAny other value-added skills are embraced with open armsWhat you can expect from us Our teams are cross-functional, self-organizing and highly autonomous.
