UI / UX Design and Development Pune, Maharashtra Description We are seeking Front- End Developers to join Delivery team at India (Pune) Development Center. In this role, you will be responsible to translate UI / UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. Your job is to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. Use markup languages like HTML to create user- friendly web pages. Develop new user- facing features. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Create quality mockups and prototypes. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with back- end developers and web designers to improve usability. Work closely with juniors and provide strong code reviews and feedback. Continually evaluate emerging frameworks and technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices that strengthen the development team. Candidate Profile Education: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCS Experience: Overall 3 to 7 years experience in front- end development using HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript. Must have good experience developing with HTML in an object- based, event- driven programming model, and programming essential business logic for a variety of application types, hardware, and software platforms using JavaScript. Knowledge and Skills: Strong experience in HTML 5, CSS 3 is essential. Strong hold of key concepts of JavaScript and basic libraries like JQuery, etc. Must be proficient in JavaScript framework like Angular. Experience in React and Redux would be a plus. Must have a thorough understanding of managing program flow and events, asynchronous programming, data validation, handling errors and exceptions, working with prototypes and methods, decision and iteration statements. Ability to create simple and intuitive user interfaces using HTML 5 and CCS3. Ability to work in a cross- platform environment. Comfortable working in a fast- paced, Agile, release often environment. Excellent communication, presentation, problem- solving and team working skills are essential.
