This is an excellent opportunity for you if you are passionate about addressing issues in complex environments, developing & delivering quality products. The role responsibilities include problem resolution to customer escalations, Designing and implement Product features & Enhancements. This role will also be responsible for taking complete ownership of various components of a BMC product, developed JAVA (backend) and Sencha ExtJS (or similar JavaScript based frameworks)You will be working on the entire product release lifecycle that includes defect resolution, dealing with customer engagements as well as working on product enhancements, and partner with Product Managers, UX experts, Architects, QA, and Technical Support.QUALIFICATION:
