The Operations Analyst is responsible for meeting the daily deliverables of the client and other Citco office s Service Level Agreement. The Operations Analyst will require a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of trade capture and data processing. The successful candidate will have the ability to follow processes and have a fundamental understanding of complex financial instruments. As a member of the Interface Solutions Team, the Operations Analyst is responsible to manage all aspects of automating and processing, via currently supported interfaces, the loading of client activity/ position related data into Citco s accounting and daily reject processing. This team is expected to be able to resolve data issues based on an improved understanding of the overall lifecycle of a trade.Main Job Functions/TasksProduction of daily operational deliverables in line with client service level agreements.Support the conversion of any new clients and existing migrations in line with our standard operating model.Configuration and maintenance of interfaces that are used to capture transaction data.Work with internal and external clients to resolve any open trade capture issuesVerifying test results for all in house system enhancementsSummarize current shift challenge and handover outstanding task to next shift personnelEducation & ExperiencesBachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, business, economics or other relevant professional designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA);Any 1-2 years experience in Financial Services with an exposure Operations processing is preferred.Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically ExcelCompetencies:Technical Knowledge & Commercial AcumenQuality & Risk ControlDecision MakingClient ServiceCommunicationTeamworkCoachingDrive for ResultsAdaptability,
