Job Description

Below is the detailed job description for the post ofGame Artistfor your reference.Job Summary:We are looking for an experiencedGame Artistto join our team. If, you are excellent at game graphics and artsskills and have a passion for gaming applications, we would like to meet you.Required -

  1. Good at concepts (Conceptualize the visual designs)
  2. Understanding of 2D & 3D Game Art
  3. Adobe Photoshop
  4. Adobe illustrator
  5. Adobe Flash
  6. Corel Draw
  7. Blender
  8. Maya/Max
  9. Ability to create UV and Painted texture maps.
  10. Good knowledge of techniques like Light baking, Normal mapping, Occlusion mapping etc.
  11. Knowledge in creating 2D pixel art and vector art, including color, lighting and composition.
  12. Knowledge of creating high poly and low poly models
  13. Must have Portfolio showcasing your experience with designing and painting concept art, layouts, backgrounds, effects, environments, buildings and characters.
  14. Knowledge of 2D Rendering, color knowledge, Props, character designing and GUI
  15. Complete knowledge on color theory and color harmonies.
  16. Develop Storyboard for Mobile Games.
  17. Strong 2D painting skills including a great sense of line, form and color, human anatomy, character design and environments.
Good to have -
  1. Visual effects and Animation skills
  2. Video editing skills
  3. Experience with Unity and Game development
  4. Knowledge of game development life cycle
Should have familiarity and ability -
  1. Work directly with designers, developers and other game development disciplines throughout the games lifecycle.
