Job Description

Leads Local market Account management & NextGen

  • Extremely organised, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Accountable and responsible for end to end delivery of the BI project.
  • Along with delivery equally capable of other managerial aspects like mentoring, technical know how, solutioning , people management, connect with senior stake holder in the business and client.
  • Manages teams budget and finance management. Keeping tap onthe expenses and overheads.
  • Experience in handling end to end large project with multiple streams and technology and different time zone. Onsite and offshore team management.
  • Sound technical experience in DWH / ETL/ BI solution and work experince in more then one BI and DB tools.
  • Strong engagement management skills, Drives and influences BI initiatives/ roadmaps and Deliveries for GBIS and GBIS customers.
  • Creates and facilitates value creation/ innovation and solutions in BI domain for the service line.
  • Helps in Business development/ Pres sales and growth.
  • Manages protfolio of development projects/ And or Local markets, builds people capability and manages capacity of the team.
  • Strong delivery experience in BI , Datawarehousing, Cloud BI, Analytics and Visualization
KPI/Responsibility:
  • Responsible for value add and GBIS growth.
  • Follow the best know development methodology like Agile for the development. Structure end to end development and delivery approach.
  • Responsible to meet all he deliverable in the agreed SOW within the multiple SLA.
  • Responsible for managing the area of report development, Visualisation, Dat amanagement and MI reporting team
  • Strategic role - Responsible for achiving the defined business growth
  • Accountable to manage the opco having complex service areas.
  • Interaction with multiple stakeholders at senior level spread across different business stream.
  • Definging the implementaion framework to achieve the strategic objective.
  • Involve in budgeting cycle and make sure to achieve the cost efficiency.
  • Acountable to define the people management framework and achieving the same.
  • Partner in governance with local markets & deliver to agreed service level agreements
  • Identifyand commoditize best practices across markets
  • Responsible to different compliance like infosecurity, HSW and code of conduct.
  • Transition planning, Data Governance process and Quality bench mark.
  • Develop a training/ up skill program and fuel career advancement for teams
  • Drive continuous improvement to create efficiencies/ improve products/services
  • Manages Market Recharges, leads account mgmt team plus next gen teams
