In addition to growing our manufacturing footprint in the country, we have also built robust captive center in India for engineering, IT, financial services, sales & marketing, supply chain management and sourcing.This role will specifically focus on data and business intelligence enhancements, system and technology support, and continuous improvement efforts across technology platforms and hiring process/programs.TA Technology Support 1. Will act as a subject matter expert for all recruitment processes, tools and technology. 2. Helps execute test plans for new technology, system version releases and optimization projects.TA Ops/Strategy Support 3. Under the direction of the Global ops leader will partner with HR Reporting & Analytics teams to help package and streamline recruitment reporting needs of the business. 4. Tracks and manages all TA metrics & scorecard/productivity measures including those related to branding and marketing, 3rd party spend, tracking and pulling insights from vendor dashboards on system use. 5. Will on occasion be asked to run and modify ad-hoc reports from ATS as needed. 6. Helps manage content, communication, and responses on MS Teams and SharePoint managed by the TA CoE including acting on change request logs, and TA tech debriefs 7. Will provide project planning and deployment support to TA technologyEmployer Branding and Marketing Support 8. Manage and report on the return on all investments in branding and marketing 9. Manage external employer brand platforms, including career site and employer profiles. 10. Assist Employer Branding and Marketing leader with quarterly/monthly trainings and meeting for TA populationQualificationsBachelor s Degree from an accredited universityExpert Excel and Database Management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills, solutions focused, proactive Self motivated & driven.
