We are looking for a highly motivated and multifaceted Graphic designers to bepart of and grow with our organisation. You will have ownership of the designprojects you work on and will work on the research, analysis, design and testing ofthe work you undertake, ensuring the design is effective and the client as well asthe end user is satisfied in terms of the requirement. The ideal candidate will havestrong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their experienceand passion for visual communication design, layout and typography and UI.ResponsibilitiesWork on brand communication design projects, take ownership of projects and handle all design requirements under direct guidance and learning fromthe founder.Design research & strategy for brand identity design.Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital mediaWork on Social and Print Media posts and create visuals in accordance tobrand style and requirement. Ability to create strong visuals in short span oftime for daily posting.Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, socialmedia, competitive landscape and market trends.Tasks are likely to include:finding out and researching about the project requirements (taking a brief)coming up with design concepts that fit the clients needspresenting options for design treatmentscreating final designs, working to a deadlineamending designs according to the clients final commentsproofreading and preparing designs to be sent to print.
