As an online security provider, we have the responsibility of not just nurturing kids away from the negative influences of the Internet, but also preempting life -changing incidents of bullying, self -harm, and violence in schools. As of today, we are saving at least one child per month for every school we serve - from these incidents We re on the hunt for a skilled graphics designer to join our rockstar Marketing team You will be working out of our Pune office.You will play a critical role in our marketing efforts. You ll be creating eye -catching layouts and illustrations for print, email campaigns, social media, website updates, and some video assets. You ll work cross -functionally with Marketing and Product Design teams.What s in it for you You will have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from talented colleagues in our US and India teams. You will develop a keen sense of how content will play with illustrative styles to maximize clickthroughs and revenue. Our team is constantly pushing to create content that goes well beyond being good into the realm of viral .Responsibilities:Create designs /illustrations for digital marketing (social, blog, email, display advertising).Experience designing for the Web.Create designs for print assets (Whitepapers and Case Studies).Work directly with Content Marketing Manager and Principal Designer to ensure consistency of branding and impact.Qualifications:4 years of Graphics Design experience.A degree in Graphics Design or related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience in being able to translate strategic direction into creative ideas.Deep understanding of collateral, digital design, social media assets and marketing channels.Strong graphic design, illustration, information design, and interaction design skills.Demonstrated expertise in fundamental design elements and principles including typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.Ability to quickly grasp and distil highly complex concepts, into graphics that can be understood by others at a glance.Excellent time management and the ability to work in a dynamic deadline -driven work environment.Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Portfolio showcasing email creative, digital ads, iconography, promotional or marketing materialsEnjoy the frenetic pace of a startup.Awesome to have:Motion Graphics experienceVideo Editing experienc,
