Job Description

    Guidewire specific skills: Very good understanding of Guidewire framework, architecture and implementation Deep understanding of Policy Center and knowledge of Billing Center and Claim Center Hands on experience with Guidewire integrations mechanisms - Messaging, Web Services, Plugins Hands on experience with Guidewire configurations - Product Model, PCFs, Data Model Understanding of Guidewire digital/Edge APIs platform Excellent programming skills in Gosu and scripting Experience in writing unit and functional tests An understanding of the insurance business, an ability to talk to business analysts and SMEs in order to translate business requirements into system changes.Development skills: Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design and methodologies Experience with the Open API specification and Swagger tooling Should have understanding and experience of software development best practicesNice to have: Java 8 knowledge or experience Prior experience of working in any similar (Guidewire like) frameworks Guidewire CertificationExperience and other skills:2 to 6 years of experience in Guidewire development specifically Policy Center Working on Agile methodology. Very good communication. Deep understanding on application development and life cycle. Experience in Insurance domain, preferably in Property & Casualty. Very good analytical and logical thinking ability. Committed, fast learner and proactive in nature.
