Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Were Hiring for HCM Cloud ConsultantRoles & Responsibilities :-
    • Candidate should be ready for travel to onsite ( Qatar )
    • Must have at least 2 Full cycle Implementation & Support experience ofOracleHCM cloud (Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management & Workforce Management).
    • Implementation Experience inPayroll & Fast Formulas is mandatory.
    • Should have earlier experience as Oracle EBS HRMS consultant.
    • Should be well versed with cloud Monthly / Quarterly update process
    • Should have good experience in Support Projects and working against SLAs
    Education/Experience
    • Experience 3 -8 years
    • Must have Strong product skills in HCM cloud Strategic in Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Global Human Resources, HR Help Desk, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Goal Management andPerformance Management
    • Earlier experience in Oracle EBS (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Advance modules)
    • Prepare UTR unit Test cases and demonstration Prepare Test case for UAT and assistance
    • Prepare plan for Production deployment of the new features required.
    • Should have worked in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, documentation, configuration, testing, training and go-live.
    • Ability to provide robust solutions with pros & cons of the proposed solution when standard functionality cannot meet customer requirements.
    • Must have good testing and defect analysis skills to identify & resolve bugs. Advise of SQL tuning & table health improvements, plan & conduct performance & load testing.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management and problem solving skills.
