Job Description

  • Interview key management team members to identify strategic priorities
  • Convert priorities into specific projects
  • Leverage additional resources and group level inputs to further develop a refined view on these key priorities
  • Prepare project charters, timeframes, milestones & key metrics
  • Prepare project reports to communicate key learnings & findings to SMT
  • Research & benchmark key trends, competition & best practices to collect insights unilaterally which may further take shape of a project
  • Based on discussion with Senior team members conduct implementation as required till the point where business/ functions own the outcomes
  • Convince the stakeholders
  • Handhold them through the execution
  • Do a handover at the appropriate point to the business/ function to own these projects going forward
  • Ensure it is embedded in BAU with appropriate metrics
  • Lead special future oriented conceptual projects which are of importance to BAGIC CEO/ Group Head of Strategy & aligned with the company s vision
  • Support BAGIC in LRP (Long Range Planning) preparation and be involved in depth in AOP (Annual Operating Plan) discussions
  • Drive the LRP sessions jointly with BAGIC CEO on an annual basis
  • Help create the LRP decks for BAGIC CEO and support the LRP initiatives of the SMT
  • Support AOP creation & project definition for key functions & businesses
  • Support BAGIC CEO in ongoing external engagement with regulatory bodies, industry think tanks, partners, start-ups both in India & globally
  • Support in securing potential investments in start-ups relevant for BAGIC s business strategy
  • Drive synergy across Bajaj Finserv Group with key focus on BAGIC
  • Ensure alignment of BAGIC objectives with Group level initiatives
  • Identify key implications for BAGIC from upcoming strategic initiatives at Group level
  • Identify potential projects for BAGIC businesses and ensure stakeholder alignment
