The candidate will report to the BU Head and work closely with her to ensure timely, high quality completion of tasks in the following areas: 1. Safety, compliance, operational excellence, inventory management, data integrity protocols, follow up on new initiatives in Biology, client deliverables, CAPEX, OPEX expenses, budgets, document management, space utilization, business continuity plan, 1-3-5 planning. 2. Work closely with section heads and other BU heads and enabling functions to coordinate cross-functional collaborations both external (ie client-related) and within Syngene. 3. Work with the laboratory operations team to ensure that their goals are met.,
