- Lead and handle companys IT Infrastructure - Responsible for all facets of the organizations technology infrastructure, including architecture, capacity planning, administration, operational management, and troubleshooting to ensure the efficient, stable, reliable and secure operations of the organizations technology- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for integrating and managing the companys information technology services and those supporting new enterprise-wide initiatives- Proactively introduce new technology solutions for current business problems and keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and their impact on the enterprise architecture- Ensure a stable computing environment that provides stability, reliability and appropriate redundancy- Lead the architecture, design, and integration of computing systems and Infrastructure components- Lead the IT Infrastructure and operations functions of network engineering, database administration, systems engineering, and administration.- Select, mobilize, plan resources for various IT applied implementation, business process digitization and current application improvement projects.- Document, maintain, and test a disaster recovery plan for Infrastructure and enterprise systems and applications.- Evaluation, selection, and management of vendors, business partners, and solutions providers- SAP automation and enhancement.Desired Candidate Profile - 8 to 12 years of experience of which 3 years as head of IT position.- Accomplished technologist, skilled in architecture, system engineering, network engineering, disaster recovery / business continuity, regulatory compliance, and cloud computing- Experience in managing vendors and multi-sourcing relationships- Working knowledge of SAP, its configuration and managing projects in SAP environment, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, client-server and Web architectures, business applications, firewalls, information security tools and applications, network management, and an expert understanding of IT operations and best practices.- Strong business and technical vision with experience in setting strategies, roadmaps, and budgetsBenefits The Candidate would be reporting to the M.D Client Introduction We are a Swiss - German company, globally operating, mid-size MNC.
