Job Description

We have been retained by a leading auto ancillary group to locate result oriental professionals to manage their Extrusion business. The incumbent will headthe manufacturing operations of Aluminum Extrusions facility at Pune. This facility manufactures Extruded tubes for various Heat exchanger and AC systems. This facility would have a 30-40 % export business and hence important to understand global business.The Role and Responsibilities -

  1. Responsible for the complete manufacturing operations for the extrusion business.
  2. Operational efficiency, Customer satisfaction
  3. Ensuring Profitability for the business.
  4. Experience in managing prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same.
  5. Visionary and result oriented professional
The Candidate -
  1. Having sound & deep knowledge of extrusion business
  2. Good at achieving good working relationships with customers, vendors etc
  3. Highest level of work ethics & Integrity.
  4. Must guide management to achieve growth plans for next 3-5 years time frame.
  5. Work in close sync with plant team & ensure complete transparency.
  6. Must have good knowledge of pricing structure of Aluminium extruded tubes, LME, Import export basic regulations to support local & overseas sales
