Job Description

  • Special applications developed with future potentail for Satch Bharat application like Jetting machine/ Compactor/Tanker /Fire tender/Hydraulic ladder /Explosive vans etc and preferably include them in GEM.
  • Perecentage of share of MHCV retaill of other leading financiers like HDFC , ICICI, Kotak Mahindra , Axis bank, Yes Bank, SREI , Sundram finance , Cholamandalam finance , Indusind bank and Sriram finance where we have tie of our total retail in F19
  • Perecentage of dealers availaing our dealer inventory progarmme and Trade advance through our sources where we have tie up
  • Resale value establishment of Blazo MHCV and MHCV exchange.
  • Tie up with NBFC and Private banks to ensure availability of finance for used Truck
  • Start participating in defence deals with the help of Mahindra Defence
  • Training on GEM to all our capital dealers and in turn our customers
  • Ensure excellent resale value for Blazo & LCV exchange at our select dealerships
  • Operational tie-up with Banks and NBFC for retail finance.
  • Driving the tie-up for maximum conversions from the tie-up financiers by way of liaison with banks, and being the first point of contact for MTBD sales team.
  • Interacting with banks for maintaining a healthy portfolio of MTBD vehicles and periodic data collection of delinquency levels of various financiers with specific reference to MTBD portfolio.Arranging Inventory funding and TA for dealers working capital
  • Driving weekly pipeline trackers with finance partners. This includes regular follow-up for specific cases, resolution of finance issues, and generating pipeline from financier database.
  • Designing and implementing sales programs in close co-ordination with finance partners.
