Under moderate supervision:

  • Processes password resets
  • Processes resets for two factor authentication token requests and maintains token databases
  • Following approved security practices and regulatory requirements, performs additions, deletions and adjustments of system objects and user ID resources
  • Administers two factor authentication tokens
  • Reports system access violation or violation attempts to Security Management
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
  • Provides support for a Security helpdesk
