Articulates business and functional requirements by developing specifications for business processing and systems enhancement and development efforts.-Provides ongoing business and technical support. • Experience in VBA(Visual Basic for Application) development skills as well as multiple design techniques
• Working proficiency in VBA programming to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve the tool
• In depth knowledge of Advance MS-Excel features and functions, ability to build complex Excel formulas, convert complex formulas into simpler form, programmability designing of Graphs and charts
• Review and understand business requirements, determine the feasibility of development using VBA
• Strong VBA, Excel, and Access
• Strong SQL (Oracle, SQL Server) and data modelling
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform data analysis
• Good communication and documentation skills - Proven experience of developing automation solutions to business requirements
• Good understanding of full software life cycle development process - Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Be able to independently manage time and tasks, prioritize and manage users expectations
• Be able to work as part of a team, sharing responsibilities and knowledge across
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide technical trouble-shooting on current and existing VBA Macros.
• Proven capability of developing and using VBA to build macros and other automation technologies / techniques(Xceptor/ BluePrism/SQL/UiPath will be added advantage)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks
• Collaborate with Business, Robotics automation team, Risk & Controls and other stakeholders to ensure governance is followed for end to end delivery.
Major Duties:- Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.-Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required:- Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.- Collaborating with Business and Process Optimization team and validating the designs to build robust solutions.-Creating and maintaining solution documentation.-Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.-Problem solving issues that arise in day to day execution of Macros and providing timely responses and solutions as required.- Develop, maintain, and support existing VBA applications, analyze and convert business requirements as neededWorking within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.-Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases-Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases- Articulates business and functional requirements by developing specifications for business processing and systems enhancement and development efforts; provides ongoing business and technical support. Assist in the development of training and change management materials.Ability to quickly understand new systems.Delivers a work product that requires less revisionAble to facilitate discussions and reach decisionsEXPERIENCE:-At least 3-5 years experience working in the Financial Service/Banking Technology Industry-Having minimum 3 years of VBA, MS Project Development, Business Support and Deployment experience-Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint), SQL and RDBMS/Database knowledge (Develop, Deploy and Manage)Additional Information,
