  • Support & Supervise office staff.
  • Review, track and prepare budgets, maintain records and databases.
  • Coordinate space and office organization, purchase and manage supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate office and/or departmental operations.
  • Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate parties
  • Finding & keep information of vendors, clients, and lenders updated.
  • Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
  • Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
  • Processing & reporting on office expenses on timely basis
  • Manage & order office supplies on timely basis
  • Managing & Maintenance of office equipments, Appliances etc
Skills Required:
  • Good at communication ( verbal & written)
  • Experience with MS-Office suite
  • Organizing & coordinating skills
