    • Network development with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
    • Conducting pre-mission planning meetings
    • Client coordination for implementation issues of ongoing projects
    • Improve products & Services, based on client feedback
    • Business Development:
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
    • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
    • Convincing Customers
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
    • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
    • Negotiations
    • Preparing business proposals
    • Giving Presentations to clients
    Project Management:
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
    • Meet with clients to gather requirements and clarify specific requirements of project
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation
    • Technology & Project based collaboration:
    • Search for perspective companies who can collaborate with us to enhance our capabilities
    • Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality
    • Dealing with Vendors for Technical collaboration
    Strategic Planning:
    • Creating, communicating, and implementing the organizations vision, mission, and overall direction
    • Leading the development and implementation of the overall Organizations Strategy
    • Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals
    • Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
    • Identify areas where improvements can be made in the Organization
    • Long term Planning for companys growth
    • Operational:
    • Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
    • Handling Client Requirements, Compliances
    • Ensuring all processes and policies are strictly followed by all
    Skills Required:
    • Education MBA/BE- IIM/Top B schools preferred
    • Experience in IT Industry
    • Knowledge of e-Tendering & e-auctioning
    • Experience in Govt Project is must
    • Knowledge of Productivity tools & Software
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent in preparing PPT
    • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
    • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
    • Ready to Travel
