    BU Staffing profile4 - 8 years8,50,000 - 11,00,000 P.A.PuneLooking for 4-8 years of experienced candidates who are ready to relocate to Pune within 15 daysJob DescriptionCandidates who have prior experience in staffing, working with account stakeholders, handling bench.Working closely with recruitment and practice teams on supplyDemand managementGood communicationExcellent in excel-pivots and vlookupsRoles and Responsibilities1. Excellent Excel knowledge.2. MIS reporting3. Demand creation knowledge (good to have)4. Worked on arranging panels for account.5. Good communication- should have confidence to interact with senior stakeholders6. Ability to work extended hours.7. Should not be pursuing any further education while playing this role8. Should agree/confirm that the role hired for might not be a permanent role and role reversals or a different role change might occur based on performance /ability.9. Should be aware and agree to report to Talwade Pune office premises.10. If relocating should know that relocation expenses must be borne by candidate, and they need to relocate immediately.11. Have staffing /PMO experience not pure recruitment profiles. We need someone who understands how it works within an account.
