Coordinating with internal/external team to ensure the design fits within the budget & co-ordinate to ensure value engineering across the entire design process. Timely coordination for obtaining concept designs & gets sign off for design & FSI consumption. Designing final concept drawings & ensure approval process on track. Assist in documentation required for approval process and list the same in advance as needed. Finalize amenities, materials and contracts for different projects. Maintain cordial relationship with Govt. authorities for all compliances, obtain NOCs & occupancy certificates. Is always able to think differently, unconventionally, or from a new perspective. Design talent with engineering ability with thorough understanding on drawings, the bye-laws, concepts, practices and procedures with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Ability to wisely select, evaluate and implement the architectural procedures and techniques to complete projects in timely manner. To ensure that requirements are correctly understood and met at all the levels of organization through proper communication. ,
